2015 GOALS
1. Learn my new anatomy....and avoid discovering it the hard way.
2. Go to the gym 3 times weekly (been a member 6 years).
A. Cardio 30-45 min
B. Start weight training at 4 mos post-op
3. Strive to reach onederland (just hit "twoterville" on Friday so that is probably a stretch goal).
4. Take a weekly hike starting in April.
5. Learn how to load a picture to my profile and set up a ticker for my progress.
There are many more activity things I would like to try this year! I am sure I will be sharing my achievements on OH as I go along.
