I am so not a typical candidate for it. I am the least physically flexible person you will ever meet. I am ADHD up the wazoo and cannot sit still without twitching. You get the idea :)  This will be the toughest goal on the list!

Be under 300 pounds by the end of January.

Hit my 100 pounds lost. ( which should happen end of January or first few weeks of February).

Be accountable and no excuses in all things.

Do at least three 5k's.

2015 GOALS

1. Learn my new anatomy....and avoid discovering it the hard way.

2. Go to the gym 3 times weekly (been a member 6 years).

A. Cardio 30-45 min

B. Start weight training at 4 mos post-op

3. Strive to reach onederland (just hit "twoterville" on Friday so that is probably a stretch goal).

4. Take a weekly hike starting in April.

5. Learn how to load a picture to my profile and set up a ticker for my progress.

There are many more activity things I would like to try this year! I am sure I will be sharing my achievements on OH as I go along.
