Sugar..no judging

I am going through the same thing.  I started emotional eating and the sugar carb fangs got me.  In a panic,  I met with my NUT who had many great suggestions including new products that are high protein, low carb, low sugar and satisfies my need to "cheat". My favorite is the chocolate Combat crunch bar.  It's better than white knuckling it.

She also suggested Enlighten frozen bars, Siggiis yogurt and Fair Life milk, but I haven't tried them yet.  Support group members highly recommend pinterest for other ideas. I forgot to do that,  so thank you for the reminder.

I've lost 3 of the 6 lbs. I gained.
