Chewable vitamins vs. Vitamin patches...opinions please.

Would you let me know about your blood work. I have gotten such a positive feedback that I have started them. They are much more pleasant than the chewables.

You don't necessarily need to be taking chewables. Many people use them for the first few months post-op, before they can handle swallowing larger pills, but there's no reason you can't take regular pills after your stomach has healed (with your surgeon's OK, of course).
