Wow! What an incredible journey you've had over the last 18 months! Congratulations. You are right to be concerned about maintenance - as long as you're not freaked. A modest amount of fear is healthy and will serve you well. Start planning now for your maintenance. Lay out your path and be ready to be flexible should it not be the right plan. Maintenance requires thoughtful modifications along the way.

Thanks.  I'm trying not to freak out.  I may need to reach out to our center's therapist. He's a really great guy and we haven't seen him since before our surgeries.
