Another lurking newby

Hi All,

I just found out my White Blood Cell Count is elevated (again!) and must see the hematologist on Monday, April 11th so my doctor will not sign off on the surgery on April 18th until he clears me.

I hope this protein fast is not all in vein.

Just wondering if anyone else out there had to postpone surgery after starting their 2-week protein diet and how they handled the stress of it!
