B spinach,  red pepper,  ham and cheese omelet and string cheese 

L tuna,  baby carrots and raisins 

D steak and spinach 

S Greek yogurt,  turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange

  1.  Protein shake 
  2. bar (only cuz I'm testing it out for an upcoming trip)
  3. homemade vegan chili
  4. snack: 1/2 serving homemade soy yogurt 
  5. exercise:  meeting with a trainer today
  6. vits and h2o on track 

Total: 80gr protein for the day  

 

glad your consult went well!  I'm officially 2 months from surgery today and finally starting to feel good. I get what people meant when they said it gets easier after the second month!

Morning - bacon and a latte

Afternoon - beef chile relleno, refried beans

Evening - leftovers from lunch and a Greek yogurt

Exercise, nope, didn't happen.  Vites, done.

L: 2 oz deli turkey with 2 slices provolone cheese

D: taco Casserole 

S: protein bar, pork rinds 

Water and vits: done

normally I take Wednesday as a rest day but I've been doing some yoga lately and will probably practice that tonight.
