I have to say, I am in a similar boat. I'm down 100+ and I am saggy and deflated and single. I have no idea how I'll handle joint nakedness and it makes me anxious/sad. If you find a good way, please share!

Thanks - she is amazing and gives the best advice. It is so nice that I can talk to her about most anything! Talking about the tables turned - she lives out of town. So she knows I'm out on a date and I get texts: Still out??? Haven't heard from you-text me when you make it home so I know you are alive. Don't make me call you! I know el tiempo closes at 9:30 and it's 10:30-are you kidnapped or just making out?!?!?! [Husband] said I'm not allowed to call you. I better have a text from you soon.
