Almost 5 Years Post Op and I Need Help

Hi dear....remember, go back to the basics of when you first had your WLS, ok.....Liquids!!!!! Protein shakes, broths, water, and everything sugarfree and this will reboot your body to loose weight. This is what I had to do and it is working for me...seriously....just step out on faith and it should work.

               
Will I ever get to my goal weight!!!
