Had surgery on 2/15 and I can't get motivated to exercise...I have been to gym once, gone on a 2 mile walk once, and have tried to up my steps each day at work...this is not easy as I HATE to exercise. I know the weight will come off faster if I do this!
If you hate going to the gym, bring a book on tape or what ever it is on now and only listen to it when you walk. I did that before and ended up add to how far I went cause I wanted to hear the story. You can do this! Dont say hate anymore tell yourself what you are going to get out of it.
I'm trying to accomplish something while excercising. I clean out my closet or take the dog for a walk. Take the kids swimming or on family outings.
I see a large man walking by my house when I am taking the kids to school and keep thinking that I should pull over and walk with him. Maybe helping him stay on the right track would help me to keep my goals as well.
