I have lost 82 pounds and am a size 8. I want to stay there. I am happy and have never been so healthy in 30 years. I plan to stay this way with Gods help and yours.

I originaly lost 168 pounds but during cancer treament gained 20 and want to shed it

I have lost over 70 pounds. I am wearing size 6 jeans and some 4's. I think I am at a point to where I will not be losing any more weight.

I lost over 300 lbs in two years and have kept it off. I'm not going to let the old man return, I can do all things through Christ, He's my strength.

I have stayed at 104 for over a year. I recently started to gain a little but I am more aware of it now because I monitor my weight daily to keep in check. I would like to lose 5 lbs but If I don't I am ok as long as I do not gain any more! at 113 I am thinner than I have been in 30 years and I feel GREAT!

I would like to maintain my weight, eat better and keep up with a routeen exercise program....and drink less coffee!!!
