Only time I can remember being below 200 is when I was 15 years old and was 197 lbs.

I know it is going to happen but does anyone else have the crazy and irrational fear that somehow they will stop losing and never reach that goal?

I have failed so many times in trying to lose weight ,But,I want it to work this time.And with my Lord's help I can do it...and so can you

I have that fear that I have reached the end, with so much more to go. I think it is because of all the failed dieting.
