Good riddance to an unhealthy weight for me. After 5 months of excellent weightloss, I will never see my weight go that high again. 284 to 198 - yeah!

Finally made it! Below 200. Have not seen that number in many years. Feels great to acomplish that, keeps me going.

Only 6 more pounds to go before I am FINALLY below 200 pounds - in all my recent years of dieting before weight loss surgery I have never achieved it.
