I want to get 125 pounds off with the banding. My doctor doesn't like the ideal. I have to do something. I want this to work.

I recently had the gastric bypass surgery (three weeks ago). But, I feel terrible. I am depressed and very sad all the time.

be encouraged and eat only what you are told to eat. it will get better i promise you, when you see the results of the weight coming off.

I am going to loose 30 pounds... I had sleeve gastric surgery and lost 80 pounds already, regained 20 pounds and need to get to my ideal weight.

I just got my surgical date. I'm starting the liver shrink diet early. Any advice?

I can't wait for the surgery on 6-24-13 that means my life will change forever! I'll be a better person for doing this for myself.
Get back to exercising and walking around the park. But most of all to feel better about me! Ty for listening
