Welcome!
Nashville Nutrition and Emotional Wellness is a weight loss surgery support group that places an emphasis on support for Nutrition and Emotional Wellness in the Nashville, Tennessee area for individuals having had or considering having any type of weight loss surgery procedure.
NNEW places significance on learning Nutrition, gaining education about Emotional Wellness and Depression awareness.
In addition NNEW is committed to adding some form of exercise to our daily routine.
My name is Trina Davis, I am a certified OH support group leader and the group leader for Nashville Nutrition and Emotional Wellness. I also moderate the support group for the Vanderbilt Surgical Center for Weight Loss every Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. This group is open to all pre-op and post-op patients of the Vanderbilt Surgical Center. I am a companion and helpmate along your weight loss journey, and I will happily share my weight loss surgery experiences with the group. My commitment to you is that if you need guidance, rather it be in the form of medical, emotional or nutritional, the Nashville Nutrition and Emotional Wellness group will make sure you get that support.

Well what have you done today to be healthy. I started with taking my vitamins, had some Greek Yogurt followed by a 2 mile walk! C'ya Bob
