Dreaming of a new beginning.

Got my referral for surgery today and I'm nervous and excited and utterly clueless to this process. I am eagerly awaiting a call from the specialist's office for my first appointment. I have a million questions like what do I need to do to get this started, what kind of tests will I need, will I have to be on a supervised diet prior to approval and how do I get insurance approval? I don't know anyone who has had this surgery and the anxiety is definitely top shelf.
