Hey Jennifer ~ It sounds like your body is missing something. Take the time to make sure it isn't just head hunger but you will know the difference. If you are having ready made sushi than you should watch the amount of rice. If you are having it made for you ask them to cut down on the amount of rice be used. It should be very good for you (depending on what you have in it)... good source of protein. Our bodies do weird and wonderful things when we listen. They can even tell us what we need to eat if we are missing certain vitamins or minerals in our diet. Part of the surgery is getting back in touch with your body. Now if it starts screaming ice cream sandwiches that's a different story! LOL!!! Take care!

~*~(From my heart to yours)I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.(unknown author)~*~Hugs~*~

Hi, Jennifer. Just read your post on 9/11. I was not there that day nor did I know anyone there. Still, I was affected in a way that still has a hold on my life. I am one of the statistics. I am one of the ones that ended up in a psychiatrists' office because of the depression and anxiety/ panic disorder that followed that day. I lost control of my life that day. I now take 3 anti-depressants each day and go to a psychologist for counseling 2-3 times a month. I am much better now and I now know that I control my life, not terrorists. I don't look behind me as much as I did and I actually went to a Mardi Gras Ball this year(I took a Valium first, but I went!!) I still look up everytime I hear an airplane and I won't fly yet, but one day I will. I will mourn with the rest of our nation tomorrow for all those lost on that fateful day. I will pray for strength for our leaders and I will pray for the proud men and women serving our country today( my youngest son is one of them). I am proud to be an American and I will not let those sick souls from another world take away my freedom by making me live in constant fear. Each day I get a little stronger. I will never be the person I was before this happened, but maybe I will be a better person because of it--maybe a little more patient, a little more tolerant, a little more giving, a little bit kinder. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for listening to mine. God Bless America!--Donna

Jennifer: Wow. And I thought what I had written was good. I see now that I have a long way to go to catch up to a pro when it comes to telling a story. Thank you for starting the 9/11 thread, and for reminding me to post on my profile what I had written that night as I couldn't sleep. Peace @}------Shanna

You're commemoration of 9/11 was both haunting and beautiful. Thank you for taking the time to write that piece, it really does put things into perspective.

Jennifer, What a haunting and beautiful piece. I will be going to new York on September 25 and plan to pay my respects at Ground Zero. I have in my office pictures of the slyline of Manhattan (Towers standing tall) from my numerous trips to NYC. I alos have a picture that my best friend brought me, he lives in Manhattan, of the skyline after 911 with the 2 beams of light replacing the Towers. Never forget, huh...but keep living. marcy
