November 3, 2005Heading to Texas Motor Speedway this weekend for NASCAR races.
Seem to be losing at a slower pace but I expected that (getting close to the six month mark). I need to re-evaluate my exercise program...
Sounds like a project for this afternoon.
November 23, 2005 I may loose 100 pounds by my six month anniversary, I have 9 pounds to go by December 1st. Funny thing is I wasn't planning on loosing this much weight so soon. BUT I'M NOT COMPLAINING!!!! lol. Turkey Day tomorrow. Looking forward to it. Going to grill the bird outside this year...a first. My wife and Ihave almost finished our Christmas shopping already. December 3rd our support group is having a Christmas party...I think it will be a blast. More later..
