Whew! My hubby and I went to the cycle class at the gym this morning. That is quite the workout! We will definitely be going to doing it again. I have gone to yoga twice and now cycling. We also went there 2 nights just to relax in the hot tub and sauna. I am so glad we got the membership. I hope my husband finds something he really enjoys so he keeps going and doesn't hate going.

Tomorrow will be my day off of the gym and back for yoga on Tuesday, followed by hockey Tuesday night. It feels really good to get active again.

I still struggle with my vitamins. I have been trying to find something that works for me and I am trying something new. I am going to try to tie it into a routine of something I do every day. Right away in the morning when I wake up I go to the bathroom, so in there I have a 7 day box, each one containing one multi-vitamin, b12, and a calcium.

In my car I have a stash of iron and at some point in the day when I am driving (I always go at least one place every day) I will take one. I am going to carry calcium and my multi-vitamins and when I eat lunch or eat during the day I will take one of each. Then just one more calcium to take with dinner. I put my bottle of iron supplements by my bed and will take the other one before bed.

I am hoping once I start tying these into my routines that it will become second nature.

I don't like wearing my fat pants, it feels really good to be working out. I haven't worked out regularly in about a year and a half I figure. That's pretty sad :( I don't know why I struggled so much to get back into working out. Excuses excuses I am sure. I wish I wouldn't have waited so long to find something I enjoyed.
