Had an EKG performed today and found out that I have arrythimia. Im not sure the importance of this just yet but will find out soon. I found out that my body fat percentage is 41.1%. WOW! Went to welcome group to talk about eatting triggers and habits. Also did the mental health evaluation. Not much else happened today. I have an appointment tomorrow for more. I will post tomorrow.
