Update You!
Aug 07, 2010
Well, I am 5 weeks out and still struggling with my mind - it is seriously playing tricks on me and making me feel as if I can eat the same amount as I was eating before...Boy, let me tell you, it sure is hard to change your ways of eating when you've been doing them for so long. Even though I am not eating bad foods, I was eating too much. My portion sizes have not been small. I've adjusted that, and hopefully now I can start losing weight a little faster. So far, I have lost 21 lbs. I wish that I could have lost more, but that is 21 lbs that I wouldn't had lost if I wouldn't had decided to change my life.....WEIGHT: 209 lbs TOTAL LOSS: 21 lbs TOTAL INCHES LOST: 10 inches
