Slow by so far no stalls

 I'm down to 182.  Weightloss is about 3 lbs a weeks.  Have not had huge weightloss on weekly basis but slow and steady .  I'm enjoying eating real food.  I'm 5 weeks out.  I still drink at least one protein drink a day for one of my meals.  I have not tried certain things yet.  I do eat tilapia, salmon, chicken.  I could not wait to eat veggies and fruits again .   I eat green beans, edamame, zucchini .  Have not had a salad yet.  I have tried eggs and tolerate them fine, but rather have my 39 grams protein coffee shake I make.
