Right on target for my October goal

I am 4 lbs away  from my goal for this month. At the rate I am losing this month I hope to have lost a bit more than my goal. Sounds  incredible to be writing this, ME, losing weight faster than I anticipated!   These mini goals  are helping me  me keep on track and not  feel the goal is as monumental as it is.   I can only do one day at a time anyway  right? 

Thank you everyone for the support, your concerns and cheers, they mean a lot to me. I will do this and inspire others as I have been inspired by so many. But specially  THANKS MOM, you are my role model, always showing me the way!
