My 2 Year Anniversary

Hi, It has been 2 years today I lost 120 pounds .I started at 250 and today  I weigh 130. Went from a size 24 to a size 8 . My diabetes is under control I have not taken a insuln shot in more than 6 months. My sugars are in the range that they should be . My ALC s below 7 in the 6's.
 . This is the best thing that I ever did. I talk to a lot of people that I recomend  them having some kind of surgery.to get the weight off. I have more energy than I ever had . I still have the same pain but it is because I have RSD and nerve  damage, nureoropathy,     arthritis. etc,etc.
Since I've talk to everyone I got another Taco dog she is 8 months old her name is Presous. Sugar and Peanut are just fine. They don't like the puppy but they put up with her. 
I will talk to every one soon and keep up thw good work .
