here i go again!

man i wish i was born with metabolism! why do i have to be the one who cant eat whatever i want?  ive been up and down since VSG 3 yrs ago starting at 251 and getting down to 169 and now 185. so my dear friend is having surgery next tuesday and starts her liquid fast and im going to do it with her. man its going to be so hard. i remember what it was like all too well! i chewed pizza and spit it out! who the heck does that?!

so im going to give it all ive got to lose the last 40lbs. ive never made it too goal and have thoughts that i never will. i have to change how i think and make myself be accountable and get this done! it will be so worth it!

ill post again after 7 days of liquid and we'll see how i did!
