walk,shake,walk lol thats all i do lately

HEY EVERYBODY SO THIS IS MY FIRST ENTRY. WELL IM BACK ON TRACK AND WITH THE CHANGE OF INSURANCES IM DOING BETTER NOMORE CONFUSING.BUT GOOD THING IS THEY ARE KEEPING ALL MY PHYSC. AND SUPERVISED WEIGHT LOSS TRIES. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS REDO MY LABS AND XRAYS. THEY HAD TO POKE ME 7 TIMES AND GOT LIKE 11 TUBES OF BLOOD.BUT NOW IM WALKING ATLEAST 2-3 MILES A DAY.AND CUTTING MY CAFFINE OUT ,IM DRINKING DECAFF. GREEN TEA WITH EQUAL AND WATER.

My Story

Hey my name is Cindy im a single mother of two gorgeous boys whom i love with all my heart.i started the progress last year,but insurance had issues so now im back on track they are taking in account all my phycs appt. ,nutritionist all but my labs and xrays.so now im just waiting for it to go thru insurance.hopefully my new life will begin before my 38th birthday (7-16-74).
