How frustrating life can be...

Well, for the past year I've battled a horrible horrible case of sciatica (from herniated disc). This has made me stop any and all potential pain that can occur so I am petrified to excersise. I've packe on about 10-15 lbs because of it and I'm just at a horrible crossroad. I haven't had a flair up in a few months, so I'm trying my best to gather up enough courage to start my journey again. I'm sadded that I'm no where near my goal, but I haven't given up. So no matter how far behind I may be, tomorrow is always another day.....
