Back Again

I am back again! After being denied by my old insurance company I decided to do my best on my own. I lost 30lbs and able to run on the eliptical machine 6 miles in an hour. I still have a BMI of 35, and this week was diagnosed with Diabetes. My job has changed insurance to BC/BS and I am thinking of going back through the process again to see if maybe GB will be an option for me now. Putting in over a year of work to feel good about yourself and then run into being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes is quite a blow. Time to see what I can do!!
