OK so Monday " Boston Marathon Day " I get my first fill, not looking forward to going to the Doctor in the heart of Boston on that day!! Not sure what to expect. So far other than feeling my port, I wouldn't know I had the band. Can't help wondering what it will feel like once the band starts getting filled? My food bill has reduced drastically
. Honestly I am surprised at how much food 3/4 ounces of fish or chicken actually is. or 1/4 cup of veggies. With a smaller plate the portions look gigantic. Looking forward to the Walk From Obesity coming at the end of the month, have the support of my family and niece's who are all going to walk with me... Hope you all have a GREAT day and a GREAT weekend..
