4 mos post-op

Four months post op, I am down a total of 78 pounds from Surgery and 89 pounds since pre-op.  I cannot complain, everything has mostly been going smooth.  I am low on Vitiman D, but no other complications. 

HW: (July 2009): 359
SW: (August 2009): 348
CW: (4 mos. post op): 270

My goal is to be 259, by the end of January.  Which will give me 100lb lost since July.  I am pretty sure I reach that goal as I am only 11lbs away.  I am planning to kick up the exercise, so we will see how that effects the loss.
