Hello, how has everyone been fine, I hope.  I am still can't believe the transformation.  I look in the mirror and I am like who is this person.  My face and my body is really beginning to take shape.  I have been lifting weights and walking .   I can't wait until the spring, my mom and I were in Walmart and she was just looking at me and saying you are beginning to look like you looked in high school.
