3 months after surgery

Wow, feel so wonderful it hard to believe it has been 3 monts since surgery, I haven't weighed myself, I am waiting for my doctor's appointment on friday.  I saw a cute pair of shoes that I think I am going to treat myself to, I haven't brought anything new except bra's and panties, I had jeans and cloths to get me to a size 14/16 almost there.  It is kinda of funny, to believe the muffin top is really almost gone.  I am still doing my walking and protein shakes and vitamins and water like clock work.  

I will make sure I post some more on friday after my doc's visit
