3rd follow-up with dietician

All smiles for me today
. I had my 3rd appointment with my dietician and I have lost another 4lbs which is a total of 10lbs in 3mos.
For many that may seem small but I and so excited and she was proud of me..
My husband went with me to this appointment and it ment a lot this was his 1st time going with me this round.
He seemed really pround of me in fact it was like he was turned on..lol
Thats's fine with me. He did admit he would miss my thighs..
AWWWW. After that appointment i had a general check up with my doctor. My blood pressure was down and so was my weight. 
This was the 1st time in three years that I felt good about going to the doctor. My dietician told me its time to call for my psych eval...
UGH last time this was my hardest part. I am praying that all goes well this time.
