2nd post op visit with doctor and 3.5 weeks

out from surgery, I was down 17.5lbs since surgery (10 lbs before surgery) making 27.5 so far.  I feel really excited about that but it's never fast enough for me.  I've GOT to get something to distract me though cause that's ALL I'm thinking about.  You know how they say a watched pot doesn't boil, well that's how I feel about my scales.  I can't seem to stop getting on them so of course I don't see them move.  I'm laid off from work right now and this is all I have on my mind.  Gotta get out of the house and get involved in some activities to take my mind off of this process...
