Selfish me, I was hoping for more but .... I had a stall for a week or so but it seems to be over for now and I'm losing again. I do know I need to ramp up my exercise though. I'm committing to myself to be more consistent with my exercise. I've gotten a little bit inconsistent with it and I know it is the best contributor to maintaining weight loss so I want to make it a habit in my new way of life. The doctor says I'm doing great. I've had no problems at all until this week (and it's a minor one). I developed a yeast infection for the first time in 25years. I haven't seen any postings about thrush and yeast infections so I searched the OH site and see some previous postings that it can be a common occurrence after WLS. Wonder why? I asked my Dr and my NUT today and neither one could tell me. Simple thing to treat but a bit annoying that's all.
Otherwise, all is well. I'm off to the gym.
