Still getting those protein trots...hope that ends soon! I got in about 43 oz of fluids including protein drinks & sf jello yesterday, I need to remember to keep sipping! I forget and try to take a couple regular gulps!

Wednesday I can start on combinations of yogurt, cottage cheese (yuck-more yogurt), pureed soup, scrambled egg, sf pudding....along w/2 protein shakes/day....week 3 I can introduce cream of wheat, cream of rice, pureed meat, pureed veggies, pureed fruit and mashed potato...again along w/2 protein shakes/day. Weeks 4-5 I can add toast w/egg, dry cereal & milk, tuna/ham/chicken salad, lite canned fruit, fish, ground beef, FF gravy, un-pureed veggies....and week 6 onto more normal foods....yeah!

Yesterday I hopped on the treadmill....that I bought 5-6 years ago...that has been a valet for quite some time....I dusted it off, opened it up...15 minutes yesterday and so far 30 today....will get on it again later today for another 30...slow pace, 2-2.4 mph so about 100 calories & 1 mile/30 minutes. I can't wait to get back in the gym!!!
