2/9/11...day w/ the d-man

...okay so I went to see the d-man today...and got on a real scale..lol...424.5...I was like okay now if I don't do something really soon I'll be knocking at 500 door...d-man said I have lose 40 before he'll do the surgery... I'm going to say get rid of, because if I lose it....I don't want to find it after it's lost...lol..also he wants me to have some lab work done...I also have to wait to see what the i.c. say...I have UHC and they require 5 yrs of consecutive medical history as well as a letter or medical necessity plus I have to meet a $1200 deductible....well lets see...so I guess I'm looking at a couple/few months before a surgery date...I'm not to depress about that..just hoping they approve me...I feel as though I can/try to get the 40 off...I'll keep ya posted....also I added some pictures to remind myself of my journey...pics of me at my heaviest and my lowest weight I get rid of on my own....
