......okay after starting atkins on feb. 15, today I went to the doctor and I've gotten rid of 6 pounds...418 and counting DOWN!!! ...yay for me...only 34 more to go before I get a surgery date..... HOPEFULLY....I have to go back to the doctor on March 25 for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (EGD) and also I go to the doctor on this coming Friday 2/25 for blood work....so far so good all is on track...still keeping my fingers cross...still have to get approval from Ins. Co. though
