......okay day with d-man....why is it that when you go to the doctor...they tell you to come earlier for your appointment then you wait for almost an hour to be seen...then they put you in a room for another 30 minutes...while the doctors and nurses talk about what they are going to eat for lunch....lol...just venting made it to the doctor for 9:15 appt. time was for 10:00...didn't finish with the doctor until after 12:00noon and had only spent time with the doctor for about 25 minutes....okay now good news...no thyroids....no diabetes.....no high blood pressure....YAY....now the bad new I only lost 1 pound...however lost inches..still 33 pounds away from...hopefully wls....ugh....such a long day....looking for a jump to start doing water aerobics...
