7 years post op!

wow cant believe it has been seven years since surgery , i dont regret having roux en y ,  i havent been on this site in years i have had 4yrs of trials and tribulation i stopped exercise and dieting kinda have went crazy dont make the same mistakes i have it is so hard to get back on track once u slip . i have gained about 30 pds still look good to everyone but to myself i feel very over weight and not good about myself it is depressing to gain ! but im very happy and do feel good about myself most of the time i now weigh 170 ouch that hurt .... i wish everyone the best in their journey any more post ops 7 yrs out i would love to hear from u ! i will post a new pic soon even though i love the skinny one that is there.... i need to be up front with my journey ..... angela  please pray for me
