Liquid Diet

Hi Everyone...My surgery date is Nov. 5th and I am having the sleeve done. I started my liquid diet today and it is really hard for me. I need to lose at least 15 pounds but the surgeon said he will still do the surgery at 10 pounds. Does anyone have any advise to make it easier and how much have you lost in those 2 weeks. I am so afraid I wont lose what I am suppose to lose. I really need this done and I am freaking out. Thanks in advanced.
