Still at that darned plateau

It's terribly frustrating... I'm stuck at this plateau and have been for more than a week.  I'd really like this to end very soon so that I can lose more weight!  I know it happens...  I'll discuss with the surgeon tomorrow...  Will post any tips or ideas he offers.
