Approval an Date

This week I have a lot to write about. I received both my insurance approval and a date. So just one month from now I will be in for the RNY. Definitely a sense of finality to it all. Though it will be a new begining as well. I have hit every goal that I needed to do this thing. Lost the 50 pounds to get below 400, therapy, tests, nut. etc.. I have decided to continue therapy as well.

Having lost great amounts of weight in the past I feel like I have to try and address my eating issues. Every time I have gained the weight back and then some. This last time being the most severe and really compromising my health. I've lost more years than I'd like to think about. Trying to get to the bottom of it, but it's going to take a while.

In the mean time I am working on the right attitude. Being ready for surgery. I am assembling my survival kit for surgery and will take it as it comes.
