My 20 LB Goal - Day 13

Day 13

TGIF !!!!  Practice makes perfect. Things have gone pretty well this week. Good nutrition and exercise consistently so ready to rock the weekend with some leisure activities. I think this may be my last chance to Kayak before its too cold out. Its a great exercise like activity. Eyeballing my scale this week which is still showing a 4.5 lb loss. I am still amazed by this whole process. Ok here are the numbers:

Total Estimated Calories Burned: 17,429

Remaining Calories: 52,571

Total Estimated Fat Burned: 4.9

Total Weight Loss according to scale: 10.4

Ongoing blog entry tracking my current goal to lose 20 more lbs. 20 x 3500 calories means that I want to burn 70,000 more calories to reach 220 lbs.
