Eating At Work Events.

Ugh...going to a day-long training on Trauma Focused Cognative Behavioral Therapy tomorrow and I know eating at these things is such a challenge! Wish me luck you guys! I look forward to having my Diabetes under control so that I dont get so sick when I eat.
