What's Going On!!

O.K. IT'S BEEN SIX MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT LOST ANY WEIGHT IN A MONTH 1/2 AND I AM TIRED OF MY HAIR FALLING OUT. CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHEN DO THE HAIR LOST STOP. AND WHY DID MY WEIGHT LOST SLOW DOWN???
WELL I GUESS I COULD ANSWER THAT MYSELF, I DO NOT EXERCISE AND I DO NOT EAT RIGHT. I AM A TOTAL MESS RIGHT NOW, I NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I HAVE 30 MORE POUNDS TO LOSE AND I HAVE SIX MONTHS TO LOSE IT IN... I GOT TO GET BACK ON TRACK.....

SIX MONTHS!!!!!

IT HAS BEEN SIX MONTHS, I THANK GOD FOR EACH AND EVERYDAY. I HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER. I STARTED AT A SIZE 20 AND NOW I AM A SIZE 10, AND I STILL HAVE SIX MORE MONTHS TO GO BEFORE MY YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!
I WILL MAKE MY GOAL OF LOSING 100LBS BY AUGUST OF THIS YEAR, I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF....
