Can I get started again?

Well, it's been awhile since I've gotten on this site.  Wanting to lose the 20 pounds I've gained this year then wanting to get under 200 pounds.  Will it happen......my guess is that it will.  Plan of action - build up my magnesium/Vit D/Calcium/B complex and Iron which will help with the fatigue and tiredness.  Eat more raw foods and more protien.  It really works to fill up the pouch with raw carrots.  They last a lot longer than chocolate chip cookies and I feel better.  Eating these raw veggies and eating meat reminds me my pouch is still working :).
