Well hello everyone...it's been a min since i posted...just wanted to post had a fill in Nov...don't even remember how much..but i have slight restriction...still think i take in too much food...i'm down to 238...lost alot of inches fitting in a size 16...yyyeeesss..happy about that...killing myself in the gym...other than that, just taking one day at a time...chit chat later family
