So its been some time since I have checked in. I originally had my surgery in 2005 and this Sept will be 10 years. Holy time flies! Since then I have managed to keep all my weight off but continue to struggle daily with food but my tool still works. I have picked up bodybuilding this last 5 months and feel great. I had put on a little weight after my baby girl but worked hard and got it off. I still follow the rules and listen to my body. I have had several lactic surgeries and have been remarried to a wonderful man now for 5 years. I used to be a plus 28 and now am a reg 29/30. with a loss of 170! i have a goal to lose another 15 by the fall. the main thing is consistency and logging everything. It was an obsession before surgery and it continues to be an obsession after surgery for me. If I didn't do it the is way I would be way up in weight I am sure. The fat girl never dies. Generally I am happier and healthier and have a wonderful family and life to look forward to. But keeping fit and eating well will always play a big part in my never ending journey. Hoping to afford one more plastic surgery in the near future to finish the job!
