I've been overweight for most of my life and have terrible acid reflux.  I am told that the first stitch I receive will cure my
acid reflux...............I hope they are right.  I started this journey June 2009 and I am having surgery on April 28th, 2010. 
RIght now I am on the third day of my 14 day  pre-op diet using smartforme products and don't  like any of them.  I am
following it very strictly as my doctor said if I gain weight he will cancel my surgery when I check into the hospital.  That
would be terrible.
