Trying to make progress

This week  was an ok week because I lost 3lbs. Because my problem is that I eat one time a day which results in storing fat and slowing down my metabolism I made sure that I ate something every three hours until dinner.  I woke up and had a yogurt, 1/2 c. coffee w/ splenda, later had 1 cup of Special K cereal, then had a handful of trail mix and finally baked salmon, stringbeans and a little bit of rice. This is the most amount of times I have eaten in a long time!   I even decided that I had no choice but to get up and get active! After my 20 min walk around the neighborhood I was so out of breath and started to think about how disgusted I am with myself  about the fact that I cant even take a walk with out huffing and puffing
